2. Data processing agreements (DPA) – protecting end-customer data
We provide services in video selling and AI-assisted communication for self-employed people and businesses. In this work, we process personal data relating to our direct contractual partners (clients) and prospective customers.
Our video chatbot solution may also process and store personal data relating to our clients’ end customers (for example, website visitors and leads). This processing takes place exclusively:
- in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG),
- on the basis of a data processing agreement (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR between us and our client,
- on servers within the EU or with providers offering recognized safeguards for an adequate level of data protection,
- on our client’s instructions; we do not use this data for our own purposes.
Our respective contractual partner remains the controller under the GDPR for end-customer data. We act as a processor and use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
3. Hosting
We host the content of our website with the following provider:
Hostinger
The provider is Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Hosting is carried out to fulfill contracts with potential and existing clients (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our interest in providing a secure, fast and efficient online service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Hostinger.

Funnelcockpit
We use Funnelcockpit for landing pages and sending newsletters. The operator is Just Viral GmbH & Co. KG, Reinholdstraße 5, 21073 Hamburg, Germany. Data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or to fulfill a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Just Viral GmbH & Co. KG.
Skool
We use the Skool platform (Skool Social, Inc.) for our video selling community. If you register for the community, your profile data is transferred to Skool. Processing takes place to provide the community service under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. As Skool is a US provider, data is transferred in compliance with recognized data protection standards (standard contractual clauses).
Interactive AI chatbot (Ask Lizzy)
Nature and scope of processing:
We use the video widget and the “Ask Lizzy” AI chatbot from vidlyz.com on our website. When you interact with the chatbot, technical data (such as your IP address) and the information you enter are processed to answer your questions and, where applicable, generate leads.

Processing is carried out on our behalf by:

Transfer to a third country:
The service provider is based in North Macedonia. As this country is outside the EU/EEA, we have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) based on the EU standard contractual clauses to safeguard an adequate level of data protection.

Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give through our cookie banner.
6. Payment provider
Stripe
We offer payment via Stripe. For customers in the EU, the provider is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. Your data (name, email address and payment details) is shared with Stripe solely for payment processing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
